Connect with your body’s intuitive cycles to stop emotionally eating and start fully living.

During this 6 week Group Course we will dive deep into Somatic, Ayurvedic and Sacred Feminine Cyclical Healing tools that help you uncover the root of your relationship with food and your body.

Together we will work through the layers of programming, conditioning, trauma and shame that are blocking you from accessing your true self and find more freedom than ever before in your life.

Here’s How It Works:

We meet every week for 6 weeks starting Monday, November 4th in a supportive, gentle container with other women who are on the same journey as you.

You will receive teachings, guidance, practices and rituals during each “module” with Andrea and an intention for the week ahead.

If you can’t make it live, no worries! A recording will be sent out after each module.

There will be support information sent to you to help you navigate the next week.

By the end of the 6 weeks you will:

  • Know exactly what foods to eat for your Dosha or Body Type

  • Uncover the patterns and beliefs that are keeping you stuck in a toxic relationship with food
